After screenings audiences always gives a range of feelings.
This particular day in Paulpietersburg 2 students went in front to deliver a spontaneous poem piece expressing their feelings after the film.
2nd Frame shows a student who broke down mid way her poem because of the intense emotions and anger towards GBV. I started cheering her up and asking the rest of the learners to cheer her up while holding her her tight to affirm her that it’s okay.
1st Frame after the students spontaneous poem delivered in my heart something was stirred. I saw hope rising in that community. I saw a new generation rising.
These screenings we do are not easy but we thank for allowing us to empower our communities through film!
