I love this quote
Why?
Because i resonate with the reframe.

It acknowledges, that you are NOT stuck in your grief. It names it, honouring the legacy of another, in the way that they impacted your life and the lives of others.

And I love it when others see this because at the same time…
You are acknowledging that at some point you too, will only live through the memories and stories, experienced by your tribe. 💕

Besides really wanting to see their new movie, Practical Magic 2.

I agree, it is such an important topic.

My late hubby died in the middle of the pandemic.
I am eternally grateful for the people that materialized when we needed them.
I’m also really horrified at some of the systems I thought we could rely on that let us down - because it was a pandemic, because we fell into the cracks (between countries) because it’s hard to accept, and because I didn’t know any better.
I share now hoping that maybe if you need to hear these things it helps you navigate one of the toughest life moments - we all go through at some stage and no one wants to talk about

A NOT so unique challenge, that when we are willing to share more about will help us find our tribe and our voice …

Worth a listen.

This one requires an investment of 2,5 hours but so worth it. Recommended for:

- those about to have babies
- new mothers and fathers and understanding your different roles in developing securely attached children
- I love that she has a book on second chances for people like me that have adopted and seemed to have missed every development stage and how we can still prevent those dreaded attachment styles
- anyone dealing with an attachment style issue, what they are and how they come into being and how they appear in adults.
- some aspects of different types of trauma
- mostly a well grounded in research opinion on an area of child : adult development that has been around for forever but information (and not the tik tok pop psychology version - grounded research) to help understand the origins , social nuisances and awareness of how we can raise health, securely attached adults

Highly recommend this for those wanting to teach their kids how to regulated. I think initially designed to help adoptee’s but I found it helpful for all baffling behaviour even in us adults 🥴🤭

Behavior makes a lot more sense once you understand the brain behind it. 🦉
