➡️How to get upsized:

✨The first step is to stay connected. If you are an active Family and Access decoder subscriber, you will be upsized to Compact. ✨ Similarly, if you are a Compact Plus or Compact decoder subscriber, you will automatically be upsized to Premium.
✨ The upsize promotion runs from 00:01 Monday, 10 November, to 23:59 Wednesday, 31 December 2025.
✨ Upsized channels are only available on your decoder, not when streaming.
✨ The upsize channels will not be available on Catch Up.
✨ If you’re using a PVR, you will be able to record the channels on the upsized package.

Premium customers can enjoy another two streams from 1 November until the end of December. This means that you and your family members can stream on four different devices, anywhere you go, until 31 December. More screens, more entertainment, more reasons to celebrate.
