Five suspects were fatally wounded during an exchange of gunfire with police in Inanda Bester, in the early hours of Thursday yesterday Four fi****ms were recovered at the scene, which police believe was being used as a gang hideout.

KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Brigadier Robert Netshiunda confirmed that officers had been tracking the suspects, who were wanted in connection with several serious offences, including murder. The incident occurred during a police operation aimed at effecting their arrest.
