Do you have a passion for performance marketing and a proven track record in Facebook & Google Ads? We’re a fast-paced social media marketing agency looking for a sharp, self-motivated Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:
• Plan, build, and manage Facebook/Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries
• Optimise campaigns for conversions, leads, or sales depending on business objectives
• Monitor and report on key KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and more
• Set up and manage Meta Business Manager, Ad Accounts, and Google Ads Accounts
• Implement and manage Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and Custom Events
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure ad creatives are on-brand and engaging
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to disapproved ads, tracking errors, and audience segmentation

Minimum Requirements:
• 1–2 years experience running Facebook and Google Ads (not boosted posts – actual campaign management)
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard
• Experience setting up:
• Facebook Pixels
• Google Tag Manager & Conversion Tracking
• Custom Conversions and Events
• Able to analyse and interpret campaign data to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working across multiple client accounts
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Bonus Skills (Advantageous):
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or other analytics/reporting tools
• Familiarity with eCommerce, lead gen, or local service campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO or content marketing
• Canva or basic design skills for ad creative collaboration
