Thee Unbreakables Stars Strategic Plan*
*Mission Statement:*
Empowering young boys and girls in rural areas to make informed choices about their health, well-being, and future by providing education and support on substance abuse prevention, teenage pregnancy prevention, and gender-based violence awareness.
*Executive Summary:*
Miss Thee Unbreakables Stars is a community-based organization founded in 2022 by Sinakho Jimana (21) and Windisa Jimana (49) in the rural village of Gqala, Tsholomnqa, East London. Our purpose is to engage young people in a positive and interactive way, addressing critical issues affecting our community. Despite our strengths in collecting and educating kids, we face challenges in securing support from elders and funding to sustain our events.
*Strengths:*
- Successful events in the past, with visible changes in our community
- Ability to connect with and educate young people on pressing issues
*Weaknesses:*
- Limited support from elders in rural areas
- Insufficient funds to sustain events, demotivating directors and founders
*Goals:*
- Reach a larger audience of young people (ages 10-18) in rural areas
- Educate them about substance abuse prevention, teenage pregnancy prevention, gender-based violence awareness, and mental health issues
- Empower young people to make informed choices about their health, well-being, and future
