HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY
Ndininqwenelela ngeli lizwi
“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.” — 2 Corinthians 4:8–9
THINK ABOUT A GRAPE
For the juice inside to be released, the grape has to be pressed. There is pressure. There is crushing. But the crushing does not mean the grape has no value — it is precisely because there is something valuable inside that it can produce something beyond its original form.
Manina akowethu, nokuba nicudiswa yintoni na, yazini lento:-
Being crushed is not the same as being destroyed.
There is still purpose inside you.
There is still strength inside you.
There is still something the world needs from you.
Amanina deserve to live, love, be loved, thrive and fulfil their purpose without having to be broken first.
So this Women's Day, we celebrate the women who have survived the pressure, honour those who are still fighting, and commit ourselves to creating a world where women are not continually crushed just to prove how strong they are.
Woman, you are more than what you have survived.
You are more than what was done to you.
You are still carrying something valuable.
The pressure may be real, but so is the purpose.
Happy Women's Day from yours truly ❤️
