On Saturday, October 4th, one of our senior operators observed two suspects entering one of our client's premises in the early hours of the morning, intending to steal batteries from the trucks.

Our control room team immediately sprang into action by notifying the client's armed response company and contacting the SAPS (South African Police Service) on behalf of the client. The suspects were seen tampering with a truck on-site, and when they heard the police approaching, they attempted to hide under the vehicle.
