We are looking for someone to join our Assets team as an Equipment Support and Projects Officer.

Your role will include:
- Monitoring all stock holdings by maintaining the appropriate asset management system.
- Carrying out asset relocations, stock checks and registering new equipment.
- Support and coordinate the research and development of equipment, maintaining communications for all VEPC equipment related matters.
- Producing evidential reports to support the findings and presenting to the relevant audience.

💰 Salary: £31,537 - £33,143 per year
⏰ Hours: Full Time - 37 hours/week
📍 Location: Blandford, Dorset

"We’ve already noted the extremely dry vegetation, coupled with lower than usual rainfall and declining dam levels, and persistent hot and windy conditions. It is for this reason that we have again increased our operational readiness across the district."

"Our municipality employs 32 full-time firefighters across our three fire stations located in George, Riversdale, and Ladismith. During the peak summer period, an additional 30 temporary firefighters have been brought on board in from now until the end of March 2026."
