We're looking for a passionate IP/Network/AV Technician, if you are not passionate about what you do or passionate about value DO NOT EVEN APPLY.

What you will do:

- Remote and onsite user support at various clients
- Setting up of new User Hardware and installation of software
- AV Based Audio & Visual including but not limited to Dante and NDI infrastructure.
- Configuration of network switched, network racks and CCTV
- Active Directory maintenance, ie. user password reset etc.
- Lliasing with other support staff and 3rd party providers for problem solving on client infrastructure
- Internet Router configuration experience
- Setting up of network infrastructure
- Configuration of network routers, switches
- Configuring of wi-fi and cable networks/switch

What we are looking for:

- Proficient in Ticket management and helpdesk functionality
- Knowledge of backup solutions (configuration, use and troubleshooting).
- Experience with remote support applications and techniques (e.g. VPN, RDP).
- Experience with logging and following up calls with external suppliers and service providers.
- Excellent knowledge of hardware components and hardware troubleshooting procedures.
- Good knowledge of networking is required, routing and DNS.
- Experience with configuring routers and wireless access points.
- Excellent Communication skills. Must be well presented with reliable transport
- Team player
- Well-spoken
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
- An understanding of how to add value to others.
- Great communication skills internally and externally.
