POLOKWANE – Energy FM 105.8 has officially welcomed popular radio personality Lenny T Legodi to its on-air lineup, marking a fresh chapter in his broadcasting career following his dramatic exit from Thobela FM.

Affectionately known as “Lenny T,” the well-known presenter previously made headlines after a contractual dispute with the SABC-owned Thobela FM in 2025. Reports indicated that he was allegedly blocked from accessing the station’s studios despite having signed a contract, leading to a legal battle which ultimately did not rule in his favour.

The situation sparked widespread public reaction, with many listeners calling for his return.

Now back on air, Lenny T is set to host a brand-new weekday show titled The Royal Aura* on Energy FM.

Broadcasting live from the studios at Meropa Casino and Entertainment World, the show will air Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00, promising a vibrant mix of music, social commentary, and interactive listener engagement.

Listeners can expect thought-provoking conversations, uplifting content, and a strong connection to community issues and successes. Lenny T’s unique presentation style, blending English and Sepedi, is expected to resonate with a wide audience.

The first broadcast is scheduled for Thursday, 23 April 2026 at 12:00 midday, as he officially returns to the airwaves with what many anticipate will be a powerful comeback.
