🚨 Roads Reopened – Bethal Area Update 🚨

Earlier today, traffic was disrupted on the N17 Bethal road after protesters blocked parts of the road with burning tyres and debris. A short while later, similar activity was reported on the N11, where debris was also set alight, causing delays and posing danger to motorists.

SAPS members, Highveld Security Services and other emergency services were quickly on the scene to restore order and ensure motorists’ safety. The roads were thoroughly cleared, and normal traffic flow has since resumed.

✅ Both the N17 and N11 are now open for travel.
Authorities continue to monitor the situation, and motorists are urged to remain vigilant and drive carefully through the affected areas.
