We spend all week deep cleaning the gallery and getting it safe and ready for all of you! We are open today 10am - 3pm. Franschhoek shops, galleries and wine farm deli’s are all open, so escape the city and come visit our beautiful town ❤️

The Wine Tram is moving!

We are moving...

Spring is the season for new beginnings and after four years in the Village, Franschhoek Wine Tram will be moving to our new home on the corner of Main Road and Cabriere Street. A purpose-built terminal that straddles the existing railway line will serve as a place where passengers can purchase tickets and enjoy a cup of coffee in a comfortable setting while waiting for their tour to depart. Designated parking spots alongside the terminal will be available to our guests.

Staying in Franschhoek...

In addition, the ticket kiosk currently located in Huguenot Square will be moving to the tranquil grounds of the River Café, which is located on the Main Road opposite the Franschhoek Tourism Bureau. From this location, a continual loop bus will ferry passengers to and from the terminal. River cafe is located within walking distance from the centre of town.
