Around 67 children from areas like Gugulethu, Nyanga, and Manenberg, along with community volunteers, got to interact with Zip Zap circus performers after attending the Zip Zap Circus production of Chasing Dreams at the Zip Zap Circus Dome on Saturday, July 19, as part of the Wynberg-based non-profit, Sisanda FunDaytion's initiative.

World champion surfski paddler, Peninsula Canoe Club's (PCC) Kenny Rice recently teamed up with Ron Benjano and club juniors Shellan Jefferies and Hanna Solomon, from Marina da Gama, in PCC’s 10km K4 Challenge, at Zandvlei to help raise funds for the club’s junior paddlers who have been selected to represent South Africa at world championships later this year.
