⚖️ COURT VICTORY FOR CTMCA

The Western Cape High Court has dismissed the City of Cape Town's application for leave to appeal in its legal battle with the Cape Town Minstrel Carnival Association (CTMCA).

Judge Lekhuleni found that the City's actions amounted to "impermissible self-help" and ruled that the appeal had no reasonable prospect of success. The Court also ordered the City to pay CTMCA's legal costs.
