keeping track of employee information, helping new people get started, hiring processes and other
HR related matters.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Assisting in the interview process
Assist in the placement of adverts
•Providing employees with UIF documentation
Scheduling off days for employees
Doing performance appraisals for employees
Capturing documents of new employees on the system
Providing employees with job cards/ time sheets
Doing onboarding and offboarding inductions for employees
Compiling a payroll spreadsheet

Job Requirements

N6 in HR/ Degree in HR or any related field
0-1 year experience in HR
⚫ Age 18-34
