Hearts of gold 💛We are profoundly thankful to Corné Van Schoor and her girls for their remarkable community spirit, these young ladies, demonstrating selfless actions from a tender age. Our Duty Zone Participants, who exhibited extraordinary resilience during the 30-minute sessions, have earned our heartfelt gratitude for honoring our Heroes in Uniform. We extend our deepest thanks to Sean Stacey, Manie Bishoff from Vokkies, Spar Mountain View and staff, Captain Judy, SA Navy Officers, and all involved. Your actions yesterday epitomized the characteristics of true superheroes.

NSRI rescue swimmers immediately swam out through the surf zone where they reached the female teenager and were able to secure her before rescuing her to the beach where resuscitation efforts were commenced.

The female teenager, age 18, from the Robertson / Bonnievale area, regained spontaneous breathing and with NSRI crew continuing with medical care, in a serious condition, semi-conscious, suffering non-fatal drowning symptoms, we transported her to local doctors while WC Government Health EMS were activated.
