Ingredients for 122 scones

20 cups cake flour
2 cups sugar
10 tbsp baking powder
2&1/2 tsp salt
2x 500g margarine
6 cups amasi
11 eggs (1 for eggwash)

Measure flour,sugar.powder ,salt.mix
Add margarine mix
Mix amasi and eggs add into dry ingredients,mix until just combined
,roll dough and cut,egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 190 or 200 degrees

Special at Shoprite until Sunday that’s 6kg for R100

Buns recipe

2½ cups plain flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp margarine
½ cup warm water
Sesame seeds (optional)

Mix,sugar,water,and yeast in a bowl,let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

Add flour,oil, margarine salt and knead to form dough.knead until soft and stretchy .cover and let it double for 45 minutes in a warm place.

Punch dough shape your buns,let them proof covered for about 15 minutes

Brush with milk sprinkle some sesame seeds,bake at 180 degrees
