Marble cake recipe

Ingredients.
2 cups all purpose flour
1¼ cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ cup unsalted margarine
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla essence

Method
Sift flour,sugar,salt & baking powder.

In another bowl,whisk eggs, margarine,milk& essence

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients mix until just combined.

Divide the batter in half.put cocoa powder into one half and mix.

Alternate spoonfuls of vanilla and chocolate batter into the greased tin.use a spatula to create marble effect.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until a toothpick inserted come out clean.
