That this machine was about to humble her 3 years ago.
153/95?? The doc looked at me like I just confessed to a crime.

I thought I was just vibing through life—turns out, my blood pressure was partying harder than I was.

Had to swap late nights and takeaways for early mornings and lemon water.
Now I stretch before stress. Pray before panic. And drink water like it’s my full-time job.

Still got a way to go, but at least now my heart isn’t trying to beat me up.
