TUKS FM WELCOMES NICOLE DA SILVA AS NEW PROGRAMME MANAGER

Tuks FM has appointed Nicole da Silva as the station’s new programme manager effective from 01 March 2025.

Nicole is no stranger to broadcasting having worked at campus, public, community and commercial stations. Nicole has worked at UJFM, Voice of Wits (VOW FM), Radio 2000, 919FM and her most notable experience has been working at 5FM where she worked at the station for 12 years.

Beyond her on-air experience, Nicole has built a strong professional profile in broadcasting, social media management, and community engagement. Her passion for radio and commitment to mentorship make her a valuable addition to Tuks FM as the station continues to grow and evolve.

"We are thrilled to welcome Nicole to the Tuks FM family. Her industry knowledge, leadership skills, and innovative approach to programming will be instrumental in shaping the future of the station"; said Lwazi Mpofu, station manager at Tuks FM.

Nicole’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Tuks FM as it continues its mission to deliver top-quality radio content while nurturing the next generation of broadcasting talent.
