I know you have come to know me as a cyclist, but life has a way of changing direction without us having all the control.

My wife owns a gym for 7 years and within the last 12 months this little guy on the photo with me has dragged me to the gym on many occasion which took all my cycling time but I scored a lot of family time which is obviously the most important!

In the process I got broken and then stronger but still a long way to go…here’s to fitness and family! Cheers…🥂

We run around from one thing to another just to tick the boxes and sometimes it feels that things are out of control. It’s been a while...my “real job” took over for the last couple of weeks. With limited time I took it easy and focused more on running to stay active. There is some light at the end of the tunnel. The days are getting longer little by little so the rides will again become more the norm than the exception 😉
