I have just signed off the proofs of 'My Book of Compliments', which means it will be available on Amazon by Monday. This is a tool to help you teach yourself to accept and store all the appreciation and good things people to and about you. Your confidence will grow in leaps and bounds once you start listening for compliments and writing them down. Then, whenever you need a boost, read your 'My Book of Compliments' and believe every one of them!

I have got the Compliments Book just about ready for printing. I think it will go down well, especially for those who have done the Constructive Communication course, but actually for anyone who needs t capture all the good stuff said about them!

I wonder what the printing costs are like here in the UK. Maybe Tommy's second book will see the light of day in a limited way. There are still copies of his first book available in Hogsback!
