MILK BREAD 😋
Ingredients:
500 g wheat flour
250 ml milk
50g butter
50g sugar
12 g fresh yeast
4 g of salt
2 eggs
Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the yeast and 10 grams of sugar in warm milk. Rest in a warm place until it begins to ferment.
2. In a large bowl, sift the flour and add the yeast mixture, eggs, the rest of the sugar and salt, knead until everything is integrated and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Add the cubed butter at room temperature and knead until you obtain a smooth and elastic mixture, shape it into a ball, cover with a clean kitchen towel and rise in a warm place for about 90 minutes or until it doubles in size.
4. Divide the dough into pieces of about 50 grams each and give them an oval or "torpedo" shape, distribute on a baking tray and rest covered with a kitchen towel for about 30 minutes.
5. Brush the loaves with egg glaze (1 yolk + 15 ml of milk) and make 2 or 3 transverse cuts with a sharp knife.
6. Turn on and preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) for about 10 minutes.
7. Bake the milk breads for 20 to 30 minutes until they turn a dark golden color, remove from the oven and cool on a baking rack.

HOMEMADE GUMMIES 😋
Ingredients:
1 kg of refined sugar
2 cups of water
4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 box of gelatin flavor of your choice
Sugar for dusting
Jujube, tasty and colorful, pleases children and adults who love sweets!
Step by step to do:
1. In a saucepan, mix the water in a bain-marie with the unflavored and flavored gelatins.
2. As soon as the jellies melt, add the sugar and stir well until all the sugar is dissolved.
3. When it boils, keep stirring for about 5 minutes and turn off the heat (the mixture should be liquid and homogeneous).
4. In a mold greased with margarine, pour the mixture and let it rest for about 24 hours so that it takes firm consistency (you can cover the mold with a kitchen towel, if you want).
5. The next day, take the dough out of the mold, cut it into small pieces and give it the shape you want.
6. To finish, pass the jujube through the sugar and wait for it to dry. Now just enjoy!
7. If you prefer the gummies to be more consistent, just wait another 2 days (after this last step) to test the gummy bear.

CHOCOLATE SWISS ROLL RECIPE

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️5 eggs
◾️5 tablespoons of sugar
◾️5 tablespoons wheat flour
◾️2 tablespoons chocolate powder
◾️1 tablespoon baking powder

Filling:

◾️200 g bitter chocolate
◾️300ml can of cream

🌟 PROCEDURE

◾️In an electric mixer, beat the eggs until doubled in volume.

◾️While continuing to beat, gradually add the sugar and beat until a light and fluffy mixture is formed.

◾️Turn off the mixer and sift in the flour, chocolate powder and baking powder into the mixture.

◾️Mix lightly.

◾️Pour into a rectangular baking dish (24 x 34 cm) lined with parchment paper and place in a medium-high oven (200°C), preheated, for about 20 minutes.

◾️Remove from oven and unmold while still warm on parchment paper.

FILLING:

◾️In a bowl melt the Chocolate in a bain-marie and mix the cream until you obtain a homogeneous cream.

◾️Fill the roll with part of this cream, reserving about a third for the topping.

◾️Roll the Swiss roll with the help of parchment paper

◾️Cover with the rest of the chocolate cream and decorate with a fork.
