The visibility of crime prevention patrollers volunteers hasn't gone unnoticed from the eye of a Sniper. These are men and women who ensure that people do their shopping without any fear of being robbed and thus far teenegers who normally engage themselves in substance abuse are been chased away from the taxi rank.
