Sometimes we worry ourselves by people who are not hungry for what we have, we complain that they are not obedient kanti it's because you don't have what they are hungry for.

Righteouseness is what you have and they are hungry and thirsty for bread and fish, Jesus Christ prayed " I open your mind for understanding " why don't we pray " I pray for hunger and thirst for righteousness so that i can be able to fill them"

sometimes people are hungry for what they are exposed to, it's our duty to cause the hunger for what they don't know. it's the same with people who have a zeal that is not enlightened, they need to be directed into the right direction.
Romans 10:2
2 I bear them witness that they have a [certain] zeal and enthusiasm for God, but it is not enlightened and according to [correct and vital] knowledge.

3 For being ignorant of the righteousness that God ascribes [which makes one acceptable to Him in word, thought, and deed] and seeking to establish a righteousness (a means of salvation) of their own, they did not obey or submit themselves to God’s righteousness.
