After Peter had both been saved and sanctified, give Power to cast out unclean spirits, and to preach the Gospel; Jesus plainly told him he was not converted, until he received the Holy Ghost. And He said, “After you are converted, then strengthen your brethren.” That was on the night of the betrayal, that he was not yet converted. And no man is truly converted until he has been changed, and died to himself, and the Holy Spirit has control of that person. They don’t want to do it.

121 Dear God, one by one we are called, one by one we have to meet the challenge to walk down through the valley of the shadow of death. And it’s due to every one of us, as mortals. But, tonight, You have offered us Your petition, that if we would believe on Him and be baptized in His Name, that You would take us in. And then in this Body, the Body of Christ, not in the church, but in the Body of Christ, that Body has already been judged. It will not have to come to Judgment. God poured out His wrath upon that body, and that body is free from sin; and, being in Him, puts us free from sin, by His Atonement that died for us. And in there we have fellowship with one another, while the Blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, keeps us clean from all sin and defilement.

Oh, friends, hour after hour, day after day, what our Lord Jesus has done. Won’t it be wonderful someday when we set over there under the evergreen trees, down by the stream of Life, where the leaves are for the healings of the nations. Arms will be stacked, smoke gone away: no more war, no more trouble, no more heartaches, no more old age. When our flat—feet hits that blissful shore, every old gray-headed mother or dad will turn back to a young man and a woman again. The atoms of this body which will be destroyed, or broke up and be tamina—contaminated and run away out in the air, that spirit, when it returns back and the rapture will pick up every one of those atoms, that body will be formed again in an immortal image of God. What a wonderful time. Amen.
