How was it made?! From long nights of sketching, to multiple reverts, to concept testing and activation build, Chewtopia was never just a structure, it was a feeling we were crafting from the ground up.

A place where you Breathe. Recharge. Elevate. Balance.
A moment to slow down, be present, pause and just enjoy.

When Orbit shared their global idea for Chewtopia, we knew it was about more than just gum. It was about giving people a break in the noise, a calm spot in a wild festival world, with a reward.

We brought this to life from the first 3D designs to the final steel frame. We worked closely with our designers and structural team to bring the concept of a lifesize 10pm stick of Orbit Gum to life. The tunnel stretches over 9,5m long, was 2,2m wide and is made up of 4x sections, whereby festival goers were rewarded with free gum and spot prizes. We also had a few little surprises like a bubble machine to add a bit of fun to the calm.

But we didn’t stop there…we produced the branded merch and giveaways, from Chill and Repeat tees to Trucker Caps and canvas tote bags, was made to carry that calm with you wherever you go.

It all came together at for , a project filled with trust, creativity, and good vibes. A real moment you could step into, share, and remember.

Between setups, lens changes, and split-second direction calls, we caught something rare. Not just performance, but presence and emotion.

Captured by our amazing campaign director, global visual artist and award winning photographer , these images portray a moment where South African creativity met global momentum.

Shot during one of the most ambitious live-stream campaigns ever produced on the African continent, each frame reflects the emotion, intent, and gravity of what was unfolding.

With over 12 years of experience across advertising, branding, and world-class content production, my journey has been one of natural progression—fuelled by a lifelong curiosity for visual storytelling. From drawing cartoons as a kid to producing music videos, events, high-end commercials, branded experiences, and now consulting for brands.

Armed with a Marketing Honours degree, a powerful network of creatives, and an unwavering will to push boundaries, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible global brands and top-tier talent to create work that connects, inspires, and leaves a lasting impact.
