We get a little too excited about packaging. ๐
Thereโs just something about getting to hold the brand.
Itโs real, itโs tactile, itโs where the visuals finally stop being pixels.
Pure Wtr gave us uphill (๐ฏ๐ฐ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฏ ๐ช๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฅ, ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ'๐ญ๐ญ ๐ด๐ฆ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ฉ๐บ), but in the best way cause we always love a challenge!
The founder wanted to feature Cathkin Peaks, the mountain that means the world to him, on the packaging design.
But letโs be honest, another mountain silhouette? Itโs been done ๐จ๐ค๐ค๐ค many times.
We couldnโt do that to ourselves.
So, we got nerdy. ๐ค
We built a custom topography map of the actual peak and worked it into the design. Every line you see? Thatโs his mountain. Who knew high-school Geography would come in handy one day? ๐
The refined identity brings a little movement back into the mix, the italic โpโ adds flow, while the grounded โureโ and soft โwtrโ bring balance, purity, and that connection to nature the brand stands for. (๐๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ค๐ฌ ๐ด๐ญ๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ 2 ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฐ'๐ด "๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฆ".)
We also stayed far, far away from the clichรฉ โ๐ฃ๐ญ๐ถ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ข๐ต๐ฆ๐ณโ palette. The colours pull from topographic map tones โ deep greens, grounded neutrals, and soft contrasts that feel fresh, intentional, and rooted in the landscape itself. It all comes together in a way that feels calm, honest, and alive.
Which ties back perfectly to the brandโs philosophy, because thatโs literally the slogan: ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ.
