in3Days.co.bw is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator. You'll start in sales, out in the field signing clients for our 3-day website builds. Prove yourself there, and you grow into operations - onboarding, project admin, content and publishing - on a track to eventually run it.
This isn't a dead-end sales job. It's a career being built in real time.
Here's the deal: we don't care about a long CV. We care about who you are.
✅ You love to read (this one is non-negotiable - if you hate reading, this isn't for you)
✅ You can use a laptop
✅ You're hungry to learn AI and digital marketing
✅ You take feedback without the ego, drama or excuses
✅ Age 20-28, based in Gaborone / Mogoditshane
We offer a basic + 10% commission, and direct mentorship from the founder.
