My time with the Mustang GT has been an epic journey. For a muscle car, it's incredibly comfortable, the suspension tuning makes it one of the best gliders I've had on test. I do feel like it left me wanting sharper responses when driving it under load, and I think that's where the Dark Horse shines. 10/10 soundtrack, 10/10 styling, 10/10 X factor, it's undeniably cool. We thank for giving the people what they want, and we hope they can keep this alive for generations to come.

It doesn't matter if you get the Outback, the Forrester or the Crosstrek - they're all built with the same Japanese intention and robustness. My time spent with gave me a new appreciation for the work this niche family-focused & adventure-ready brand.

There's a saying about dynamite and the package it comes in, and the sales figures for the Porsche South Africa Macan are indicative of that. This week I'm prancing through life in the sweet-spot GTS trim, powered by a 2.9l V6 with plenty right foot fun for the family. R2 156 000 gets you into a new one, although 2026 will be the last model year for this generation of Macan. How good is this swan song? Well I aim to find out - stay tuned!
