This is Herald. The Landi, not the man.
Herald the Series II even made it onto the big screen, featured in the Canadian movie "Don’t Let’s Go to the Dogs Tonight." 🎬
This brave little Landi has gone through every kind of terrain you can imagine — mud, rocks, rivers — and still carried the whole family on adventures. It’s not just a car; it’s a storyteller on wheels, full of history, grit, and charm.

Once upon a time, in the heart of Africa, where the golden savannas stretched as far as the eye could see, a curious tradition took root. Tribes embarked on safaris, journeys into the wilderness, seeking the awe-inspiring beauty of nature.
As time unfolded, the spirit of exploration found a new canvas – the invention of the automobile. The open road beckoned, and people, inspired by the adventurous tales of safari journeys, began to embark on their own expeditions. The vehicle, a modern-day ox-wagon, carried them across landscapes, echoing the essence of those early safaris.
Soon, what began as a quest for wildlife and untamed terrains evolved into the phenomenon we now know as road trips. The word "safari," once synonymous with wild adventures through the African bush, transformed into a broader concept – a journey, an exploration, a road unfurling beneath the wheels of eager travellers.
The open road became a canvas for stories, a stage for discovery, and a path toward the unknown. Road trips, much like the ancient safaris, became a celebration of freedom, curiosity, and the thrill of the journey.
So, whether it's traversing the Serengeti in a Land Rover or cruising down Route 66 in a convertible, the spirit of the safari lives on in every road trip. From the roars of lions on the African plains to the hum of engines on endless highways, the evolution of safari journeys into today's road trips paints a vivid picture of humanity's enduring quest for adventure, discovery, and the uncharted beauty that lies just beyond the horizon.
