BAPHELA ABANTU WEE!
Orlando Pirates Football Club have officially signed midfielder Sipho Mbule, a 27-year-old South African international, as their first new signing ahead of the 2025/26 season. Mbule joins the club on a free transfer after parting ways with Mamelodi Sundowns, where he spent two seasons, making 51 appearances and scoring three goals. He also had a loan spell at Sekhukhune United last season.

Mbule's signing is a significant coup for Pirates, especially given his experience playing in the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup. He has previously played for SuperSport United, where he made 98 appearances and scored 11 goals.
