I’ve been in my bag heavy, and this December I’m locked in full-time in the studio. A new album is loading… no name, no clues, just know it’s coming stronger than anything I’ve ever done.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Black Empire would like to address the current state of our creative journey with Ferrelesis.

After deep reflection, we have collectively decided that the upcoming project will be our final album together. This is not a decision made lightly, but one shaped by the reality of life, loss, and the emotional weight that Ferrelesis has carried over the past year.

Behind the music, there is a man who has endured more than most ever see.
In the past year, he faced the unimaginable pain of being separated from his children — a loss that has left a lasting impact on his heart and his spirit. Throughout this time, he has tried to balance music, family, personal relationships, and the constant pressure to keep going without real support. Too often, the people around him only showed up when they had something to gain, leaving him to stand alone in the hardest moments of his life.

The combination of emotional strain, relationship battles, family challenges, and the ongoing effects of being away from his kids has taken its toll. For these reasons, Ferrelesis has chosen to step away from music after this final album. This project represents everything — the pain, the truth, the strength, and the final chapter of a journey built from nothing.

We ask for empathy, understanding, and respect for his privacy during this transition.
This last album is not an ending, but a closing of a chapter that shaped all of us.
