Lhakpa Sherpa climbed Mount Everest 10 times — not just the icy slopes, but invisible mountains too.

She faced storms of misogyny, an avalanche of abusive relationships, and the steep cliff of illiteracy and through it all, she kept on climbing until she reached the peak.

Her story should be a reminder to us that some mountains aren’t meant to break you. They’re there to prove to everyone watching that it’s possible to rise, no matter how impossible it looks. One quote has kept me above water for the past year and maybe it will also shift your mindset:

“YOU MAY HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED THIS MOUNTAIN, TO SHOW OTHERS IT CAN BE MOVED”

So this Monday morning, remember:
