Soul guides in the 4D Astral: One of the things I always teach my astral projection students, is to not be alarmed when they leave their body for the first time, when they come to realize that they are not actually alone in their bedroom. 🫣

You see, you are never actually alone. Not even for an instant your entire life. We all have at least 1 soul guide. A soul guide is a soul we know from past experiences. One that mainly exists in the astral dimension and watches over us. 😇

For some of the more ‘busy’ starseeds on a mission, you might even have a whole ROOM FULL of soul guides, all looking over you, whispering guidance to you, protecting you, and even helping to keep negative entities away. 👻

While you are astral projecting you can see your soul guides and speak directly to them. Some of them you may even recognize, as our deceased loved ones can choose to be a soul guide. (Yes, you can also speak to deceased loved ones this way too) ⭐️

Some of them you may not remember right away. Some of them will appear to be human, and some of them will not. Some of them will choose to depict themselves as ETs, some as angels, and some even prefer to look like animals or elementals. 🧚‍♀️

Either way, don’t be alarmed when you meet your guides. They would love to speak to you without having to deal with the ‘veil of forgetfulness’ that messes with our dream recall. 🫶
