It's done....

A butterfly is so beautiful that you wish you can always keep it in a jar just to keep seeing it's beauty.

Like a butterfly he kept me smiling. He was beautiful.

But as much as the butterfly is beautiful you have to set it free and that is exactly what I had to do.

That is how it ended. He was a butterfly I had to set free. Yes he was probably still is beautiful and still has the ability or better yet the magic to make me smile but it is not wise to keep that butterfly in a jar just to keep seeing it's beauty

Wouldn't doing that be selfish of me?

As a result of not having a positive answer to that question I considered the butterfly's feeling and set him free...
