Technology has undoubtedly transformed our lives, making almost everything accessible with just a click. From online banking and remote work to instant communication and shopping, convenience has become our new normal. Yet, as technology continues to simplify daily tasks, it also raises an important question: are we becoming too dependent on it?

While it connects us globally and saves time, it can also make us less active and more detached from real-world interactions. The key lies in balance; using technology mindfully to enhance our lives rather than allowing it to replace genuine human experiences.

From Traditional Media to Algorithms | Once, TV, radio, and newspapers were the main gatekeepers of information. Today, Millennials and Gen Z are shifting towards social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, where algorithms, influencers, and peers shape what news is seen. While this makes news more immediate and relatable, it also fuels the rapid spread of misinformation.

The challenge for journalism now lies in striking a balance: maintaining trust, depth, and accuracy while adapting to the dynamic, interactive formats younger audiences prefer.
