We’re excited to celebrate a proud moment within the Transcend team. Our Senior Consultant and YES Programme lead, Elsie Masemola, has been selected among the YES Top 35 Under 35 Alumni — a national recognition honouring individuals who have advanced in their careers, demonstrated leadership, or created meaningful community impact after being part of the YES ecosystem.

For over 15 years, that leader has been Maria, our Senior Manager at Transcend and the driving force behind our Learning & Development team.

Maria’s expertise spans across:

✔️Coordinating large-scale programmes, including Thungela’s Youth Skills Programme in Mpumalanga

One such woman is Vuyo, our Realise Project Coordinator and the driving force behind the REALISE Programme. Through accredited work-readiness training, she has helped countless young graduates and persons with disabilities break barriers, gain confidence, and step into meaningful employment.
