At Transcend, we’re inspired by women who turn transformation into tangible impact.
One such woman is Vuyo, our Realise Project Coordinator and the driving force behind the REALISE Programme. Through accredited work-readiness training, she has helped countless young graduates and persons with disabilities break barriers, gain confidence, and step into meaningful employment.
This Women’s Month, we’re proud to celebrate a few of her recent milestones:
👉Several mentees—guided by Vuyo—are now thriving in corporate roles, showcasing the strength and resilience she instills.
👉Under her leadership, REALISE continues to elevate employability among youth with disabilities while helping corporates enhance their Skills Development and B-BBEE scorecards through SETA- and QCTO-accredited training. Vuyo has trained candidates in every corner of South Africa, leaving a powerful and lasting footprint on individuals, businesses, and communities nationwide.
A special shoutout to —our partner in financial inclusivity. Through Worth’s esteemed financial education courses, Vuyo and team have integrated essential money management training into the REALISE curriculum, giving candidates the tools to not only get the job, but thrive in their financial lives too. Worth’s expert learning solutions—from debt management strategies to cash-flow mastery—have added real, measurable value to the Realise bootcamp
Vuyo, your mentorship, impact, and dedication embody the very spirit of this year’s theme: Building Resilient Economies for All. We see you. We celebrate you.
