I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Gobid Sandton.
When I arrived for a car viewing, I was asked to sit in an uncomfortable, dusty corner while staff stood around speaking in their own language and making rude comments While I was on the phone with my agency, one worker interrupted me, demanding I move and mixing English with his own language , amma (Kuweri kuwei) i know is bad word i got angry but still avoiding his rudeness I politely told him to let me finish my call, but instead he continued to disturb me, saying I was not even allowed to stand there – complete nonsense that disrupted my business call.
Because of this, I decided to cancel my car viewing and leave. Before I left, when I tried to reconnect my video recording, one of the workers actually snatched my phone out of my hand, saying I could not record. Only when I explained that I am a journalist and businessman, with the right to record, did he return it.
This behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. No client should ever be treated this way. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be careful when dealing with this branch
I regret I bought 3 cars same branch previously
