You could have done so much with your life if you didn't spend much time glued on your TV screen and on your phones, those video games that you are so addicted to are taking so much of your time that must be used in something more creative and something rewarding

HE MOVED A BIT FURTHER.

Jesus was always known to have his disciples closer to him. He traveled with them everywhere he went, they were actually so close and nobody could come between them

A certain day came that required him to move a bit further and leave behind those who had always kept him company. The Bible says when he was in the garden of Gethsemane " he moved a bit further and left them behind to pray" He wasn't leaving them for good but the assignment that he had required him to separate himself for a bit, for him to attain his destiny and for him to acquire strength for challenges ahead he had to separate himself from his most trusted friends.

There comes a time when one has to separate themselves from those that are close and that which you cherish so much in order for you to reach your goals. There is moving further that needs to happen to avoid being distracted by opinions of those around. Leave your friends behind and take on a solo journey of discovery, some dreams will never materialize without you leaving behind those who are always around you.

There are habits that you have cherished for far too long that you need to move further from, probably they have kept your life afloat but for you to reach your full potential you need to leave them behind. Separate yourself from that which you think you can never live without and that which takes much of your time, be it gambling, excessive playing of video games, phone and being always glued to your TV screens. Move further, be separate in order for you to fulfill your dreams.

The army of Israel failed to defeat Goliath because they confronted him as a collective. The problem of tackling some challenges as a collective is that one negative comment can demoralise the whole group, one rotten aple can spoil the whole packet. A group of people depend on each other and on opinion of others. David knew that he had to fight Goliath all by himself without being affected by people's opinions. He knew that since he confronted Goliath all by himself he had himself only to rely on (apart from God). He chose to be independent rather than depending on other people. Sometimes to succeed in life you just have to single handedly deal with challenges that comes your way. There are many who immediately run to social media and solely rely on people's opinions when trouble strikes. At times just be a David and confront a Goliath single handed without inviting the whole word. How many people have you asked for help and indeed they came through for you.
