Love grows through real talkš¬!
We recently had a conversation about finances and restructuring certain things in our budget and to be honest this used to be a tough conversation because at times what would be of interest to you, the spouse would feel it should be cut or reduced.
Being able to address this topic and actually finding common ground made us realise how matured we have become both as individuals and a married couple. From taking offense to listening, understanding and reaching a compromise.
The lesson is maturity in love isnāt instantāitās built, one honest chat at a time.
What topics do you and partner avoid talking about because you know things will end on a sour note? Have you taken a step to address these or itās a no go?
