Brandspace Marketing (PTY) LTD was registered in 2003. The owners of the company decided to invest in the company and its was rebranded as SPACE.
The company was initially based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. In 2013 SPACE relocated to its new premises in Braamfontein, Johannesburg in 2013.
SPACE HQ V.1 was the ideal location for SPACE to operate from. Braamfontein had become a cool spot in downtown Johannesburg which attracted a lot of tourists, potential clients and brand frans. SPACE hosted market-days for its clients to experience the great vibe in Braamfontein.
SPACE HQ V1 was decommissioned in August 2014 when SPACEHQ moved to its new custom designed premises at 77 Juta Street, Braamfontein.
After almost 8 years in Braamfontein, SPACE relocated to its new SPACE HQ in Melville. The new offices boasts a broadcast quality audio and video studio.
SPACE has an list of blue chip clients across a diverse categories, ranging from Financial Services, Automotive, Appliances, Fashion and Retail. SPACE is the 13th largest procurer of media inventory in South Africa.
SPACE has been responsible for a wide range of products. Some of our highlight work is included in this section.
One of the most notable project was the GCARD3 Global Conference hosted in South Africa by the Agricultural Research Council (ARC) in 2016. SPACE was responsible for the full conference solution which included a conference internet TV channel which broadcast live sessions, and remained on air for 24-hours a day.

SPACE launched its European offering in 2016. The expansion to Europe aims to expand the SPACE offering in Europe and create job opportunities in Africa.
SPACE was appointed to manage the Discovery Global Network EMEA conference in Lugano, Switserland in 2016. This allowed for the Johannesburg and Amsterdam teams to work closer together.
During this time SPACE Amsterdam moved to its new premises in Jordaan, Amsterdam.
SPACE kicked off 2017 with some exciting projects. One of these projects was the launch of the new Whirlpool Zen Washing Machine - the quietest motor on the market.
In 2017 we started discussions with our Nigerian partners to launch the first SPACE West Africa Regional office in Lagos.
During 2018 we launched the SPACE Youth Opinion Research Report (YOR) in Johannesburg. The YOR study was compiled in Nigeria in October 2018.
SPACE is committed to building an integrated African network. The SPACE Nigeria regional head office was launched in Lagos in October 2018.
