Proffesor of Practice at UJ, Eugene Skeef is back in town bringing a focus on harmony and equality in honour of heritage month.

Here is an invitation to participate.

Hosted by the University of Johannesburg's Centre for Education Rights and Transformation led by Proffesor June Bam in the Faculty of Education and the African Left Handers Foundation the programme features Brother Eugene's gifts of poetry, percussion and conducting musical ensembles.

The partners put together these days to call our attention to the state of Human Rights and Diversity in our society.

The program will be a cerebral and cultural immersion.

𝗨𝗠𝗢𝗝𝗔 in 𝙈𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙧 & 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖
Since I first headed to the South African lands, I was honoured to share the music with such greats as Nduduzo Makathini, Tumi Mogorosi, Zoe Modiga, Gianluca Petrella, Logan Richardson.
Then suddenly, I was taken by the warmth, the natural feelings of the people. I embraced the culture and felt it was a spiritual home for me.

Now, time has come to rejoined.

I'd love to acknowledge and thanks Brenda Sisane The Art of Sunday with Brenda Sisane, Cristiana Mimmi, the Italian Cultural Institute Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Pretoria, the Italian Embassy in South Africa Ambasciata d'Italia a Pretoria, the Honorary Consulate of Italy in Antananarivo, and International Jazzday International Jazz Day, Sifiso and The Dig organisation TheDig, the Obrigado crew Obrigadosa, Soenke and EC.
