120ml Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne 🍾

15ml elderflower cordial or St-Germain 🌸

10ml fresh lemon juice 🍋

1 sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary 🌿

Lemon twist (for garnish)

Ice (optional if served in a tumbler) 🧊

🥄 Method:
In a champagne flute or wine glass, pour the elderflower cordial and lemon juice.

120ml V***e Clicquot Rich Champagne 🍾

4–5 cubes of fresh pineapple 🍍 (or substitute with grapefruit, cucumber, or even tea-infused ice)

Fresh mint leaves 🌿

Ice 🧊

Fill a large wine glass with ice.

90ml Robertson Smooth Dry Red 🍷

30ml orange juice 🍊

15ml triple sec (or orange liqueur) 🍸

Dash of bitters (optional for complexity) 🟤

Top up with tonic water or soda water 🫧

🍹 Ingredients:
50ml The Pogues Irish Whiskey 🥃

10ml brown sugar syrup or 1 sugar cube 🍯

2 dashes Angostura bitters 🟤

Dash of orange bitters (optional) 🍊

Ice 🧊

Garnish: orange peel & cherry 🍒

Add sugar syrup (or sugar cube + bitters) to a rocks glass.

Method
