"Lights On, Costs Down: A Smarter Solar Future for Clubs"
This session will take a practical look at how solar is being adopted in South Africa, especially in the club industry. We'll cover what to consider if you're thinking about installing a new system, and how to make sure an existing one is running safely, efficiently, and delivering value. We'll also unpack the differences between grid-tied and hybrid systems, touch on key fire safety and regulatory issues, and explore the pros and cons of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and owning your system outright.

Cracking the Generational Code
Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z – the workplace is more diverse today than at any other time in our history, and each generation brings with it distinct values and work styles. But one age group stands out as being more difficult than all the others – entitled, lazy, self-centred, tech addicted, impatient, irresponsible, and rude, and they will soon outnumber millennials. The effect is already rippling through the workplace and it’s becoming a manager’s nightmare.
We’ve created perfect profiles of the generations with articles, webinars, panel discussions, TED talks, and workshops explaining how decoding them is the key to the success and happiness of our organisations.
But what if we are wrong? Cracking the Generational Code takes you on a journey through the muddy waters of the future of our organisations, shining light into the dark corners of our understanding.
