The Constitutional Court has just upheld a groundbreaking judgment, declaring the current parental leave framework unconstitutional for unfairly discriminating between parents.

This monumental ruling strikes a significant blow for gender equality and shared responsibility, moving beyond the assumption that the mother is the default primary caregiver.

The Key Takeaway (Interim Relief):
• Parents of a qualifying child (𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆) are now collectively entitled to at least four months (𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀) of parental leave.

Menthol crystals are my winter must-have because they provide relief from cold and flu🤧 symptoms like congestion and coughs, and they cool my skin. 

Here's why :

I use Menthol crystals 🌱to help clear my nasal passages and airways, provide relief from congestion caused by colds or allergies by dissolving a few crystals in hot water and taking a good few deep breaths. When I have a sore throat and cough I dissolve some in a carrier oil or lotion and apply to my neck and chest to help open my airways. The same mixture is great to rub on minor muscle aches and pains.

Remember:
*Menthol smell is strong, so start with a small amount and gradually increase.
*Avoid getting menthol crystals in your eyes. 
*Consult your doctor before using menthol crystals if you have any health conditions.
