Through high number of clients we have we decided to open

There are two rooms available in diepsloot ext 5 and Diepsloot ext 10

In ext 5 the room is R1300 with no deposit (electricity included)

In ext 10 the room is R1350 plus R500 deposit, you buy your own electricity. Parking is available

Remember we charging for our services a fee of R200 to be paid after you have seen and accepted the room

The plan was to close for December and let staff rest but we saw a large number of those who wants accommodation for January 2026 from the dot.
We gladly announce that we back for December to January 2026 but we will be working online and we will open on the 20th of December till 31st and re open on the 1st of January 2026

Please note we charging for our services, we charging for looking for an accommodation to those who need our help and those who have a busy schedule.

PRICES :-

Diepsloot - R200 for a room, R150 for mkhuku and R300 for a cottage, bachelor and an Rdp.
For selling and buying of an rdp we charging R15000 to R20000

Cosmo - R450 for a room, R570 for a cottage, bachelor, apartment and an Rdp
For selling and buying an rdp we charging the same as in diepsloot.

Randburg - R600 for a room or an apartment.

Tembisa - R200 for a room, R570 for a bachelor and a cottage.

Krugersdorp - R500 for a room, R770 for a cottage, bachelor and an rdp.

Business spaces we charging from R350 to R20000 it depends on the sizes and the location.

The greatest moment and the journey it has been 🇿🇦 our team from our Facebook and WhatsApp admins been working hard to respond and make sure our clients are happy with our services

Hi there, im back again with the work we put in as the Acc. Office rentals team, the incredible work we stood up to fulfil even though we sometimes not reaching our target.

The picture below also portraying an advertisement of what we can say, a new way of working with landlords in our five spots we have around gauteng.

The new way is to be able to make everything easier for everyone.
As posted and advertised, We have launched a way to partnership with landlords around Diepsloot, riverside, cosmo, thembisa and etc (Acc. Office rentals spots) a way to benefit boths parties.

How??
We will and we have already did on other premises, landlords are allowed now to call us if they have any space or rooms available to rent and then we at Acc. Office rentals we come and place our clients and for that each client we will be paying out R50 to the landlord to them for calling us for the availability of an accommodation in their yards.
We pay R50 for each, it can be a number from 1 to any number
For 1 to 3 clients we pay R150 and for 1 to 10 till will be paying out R50 plus ( bonus)
1 to 10 is R500 paid and R50 free from us a thank you gift
Easy and satisfying right? YES

Acc. Office rentals is looking for two individuals for an advertisement shoot
Two individuals will be shooting an advertising ad for the Acc. Office rentals market ad.
We looking for two individuals age 18 to 25 both male and female.

Words and action acts will be scripted and directed.
You must be fluent and be able to add your own words.
Individuals must know to speak English, Sepedi, and zulu.
A payment of R100 each will be given after edit and 100% work done of the advertisement.

Qualifications are not required, so everyone is welcome to apply.

Since our establishment, last year 2024 we now see and have hope of how the brand and the business is escalating.
We want to make it easier for our clients or customers to feel comfortable and free when booking with us at Acc. Office rentals

Starting from next month clients or customers will be allowed to make payments with both electronic and in cash and we will be using mPOS management system making it easier for a client to choose a product since well we have Room

- Room, bachelor, cottage product
- Apartments, rdp & house product
- Businesses spaces and storage product

17 Sunday August 2025 update.

Acc. Office rentals has come to an easy way to may and meet our clients needs and desires, especially to clients or customers who get paid late and those who cant afford to pay for an accommodation not viewed

We have launched a " PAY LATER WITH A FEE " that will see on every new customers we get will be given an option to work with us on PAY LATER WITH A FEE or pay by them selfs

Whats "PAY LATER WITH A FEE?

A PAY LATER WITH A FEE is a system that has a deposited money for a clients preferred accommodation.
Acc office retals will find the accommodation as early as early days before month end and pay deposit if required by a landlord and a monthly rental for a client if he or she wont be able or we can say busy to be there in time.
For an example - if the accommodation and the clients budget is R1200, we will pay it and later when the client is moving in will pay back the R1200 plus R50 on top
Meaning you will be paying back R1250

This is not a force but an option if a client agrees on it.
Note we pay the amount after you have accepted the accommodation and you will pay back when you move in.
