Vodacom has reached an out-of-court settlement with Nkosana Makate over the long-running “Please Call Me” dispute. The telecom giant confirmed that its board approved the deal and that it has been reflected in its interim results for the six months ending 30 September 2025. The payout amount remains undisclosed.

Police have arrested a fourth suspect in the R10-million insurance murder case in Limpopo.

The 54-year-old man was arrested at around 11am on Tuesday in Molejie, outside Seshego. Police confirmed that he is the brother of former police sergeant Rachel Kutumela, who is accused of leading a murder and insurance scam with the help of her family.
