February this year, I cut my hair and now it has grown back and ready to braided.
I went to two salons today to enquire about prices of medium braids and got shocked. I have never done braids in Gauteng, I always do them back home ( in Mp) and the lady charges me R350 for medium braids.

Hai ke I was told medium braids are R650-R800. Bathong😭😭😭, in this economy? I guess I'll stick to cornrows and weaves because there's no way I'm paying that amount for braids.

I know it ain't me speaking but poverty but still😭😭👍
