This can be a huge mistake by not interacting with your followers
π If someone has taken the time to comment on your post even if itβs an emoji, take the time to like it by the absolute least
π If a person drops in your inbox asking for info / help and even if you canβt help them, be responsive and reply to say you canβt help this time
π If someone leaves a review for your business, take the time to reply to them thanking them for their time
π If a person shares your posts, thank them for sharing it
By not interacting you may be losing a potential client but quite frankly you are ignoring your followers, if itβs a genuine comment (eg: love this) even a simple π/ ππ» / π«ΆπΌ would be a great idea
I can help you find accounts that are relevant to follow and help with their interactions etc BUT you are your business and these are the type of things from your followers you should be doing. Youβre representing your business donβt just wait for the enquiries to land at your feet make yourself more relatable.
